Meet Our Newest Staff Members

If you’ve been to All Souls lately, you’ve likely noticed a number of new faces around the building. We’ve assembled a great team and we’re excited to introduce the newest additions to our staff, each bringing their unique talents and passion to our organization.

Samantha Beard

Samantha Beard is the new Accountant here at All Souls. Sam has worked in finance for over 11 years and looks forward to working with everyone here. She is a mother to 6 children, and is currently getting a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. Sam loves spending time with her family on the boat, camping, or 4 wheeling. Supporting her children in all their activities like softball, band, and color guard also keep her very busy. Sam is here to help, so reach out with any questions or concerns. She looks forward to meeting you all.

Phil Morice Brubaker

Phil Morice Brubaker comes to All Souls from JustHope, where he was involved in fundraising, communications, and operations. Racial justice has also been a big part of his life as a trainer with Roots of Justice, a national antiracism organization with origins in the Mennonite church. He’s lived in Tulsa since 2009 with his wife, Sarah, and two teenagers. He’s a gardener, DIYer, homebrewer, and curious observer of the world. Phil enjoys a day hiking in the woods.

Hunter Jameson

Hunter Jameson is our Front Desk Coordinator and Stewardship Assistant at All Souls. Some of you know her as Hunter Owens, but she married her sweetheart Aaron in June and happily changed her last name. Hunter has a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Mayble, two dogs and a cat. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking at Turkey Mountain, writing in her journal, spending time with family and getting messy in the garden. She says, “It’s been a pleasure connecting with other members and being a part of such a wonderful community. I’ve always wanted a big family full of loving people, and I finally FOUND IT! Thank you for being so welcoming to me! Feel free to stop by the front desk for a quick chat if you’re ever here on a Sunday, especially if we haven’t had the opportunity to meet yet.”

Hannah Middlebrook

All Souls’ new Executive Director of Operations, Hannah Middlebrook, is a native Tulsan and graduate of Holland Hall. Prior to joining the All Souls staff, Hannah’s local work experience includes The University of Tulsa, TulsaKids magazine, and Trinity Episcopal Church.  Hannah comes to us with 10 years of church experience, and five years of church operations management. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Simon Estes Educational Foundation.

Hannah and her husband, Chris, are parents to Cassie (21), Elliot (19), and Theo (17). Chris owns BAM Entertainment and may be seen around town dressed as Elvis or Santa. They are excited to be a part of this vibrant community and thank you all for the warm welcome.

Garrett Powders

Garrett Powders joins us as our new Communications Manager.  For the last couple of years, Garret has been working on his master’s in strategic communication and digital strategy from the University of Oklahoma – he’s happy to say he officially graduated in July! Prior to that, he’s had the opportunity to work in the communications field for a variety of organizations, including Tulsa Public Schools, First Tee – Tulsa, and News On 6. Garrett is also a big movie fan; he averages seeing about 20-25 new movies a year and hosts a movie review podcast with his friends for fun. Garrett says, “As a life-long Tulsan, I’m excited to be a part of the All Souls community and I’m looking forward to meeting you all and learning about the great work going on here!”

Kacy Selby

Kacy Selby is the new Ministers’ Assistant and Life Events Coordinator here at All Souls. Prior to joining the ASUC staff, she spent 17 years in the dental field, working in both general dentistry and orthodontics. Kacy was born and raised in Broken Arrow, where she currently resides with her husband, 6-year-old daughter, and goldendoodle. When she’s not working at the church, she can be found enjoying time with her family and reading as many books as possible. Kacy genuinely looks forward to meeting you all and becoming a part of this incredible community.

Last but not least, Seth Wilder is the newest addition to our sexton team. Seth’s experience and friendly attitude make him a welcome member of the crew.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to the newest members of our team. With their diverse expertise and commitment to our shared goals, we are eager to witness the impact they will have on our congregation, our community, and beyond.
